Grove Home Developments, established in 2021, is a family-owned land agency based in Hertfordshire. We specialise in identifying, negotiating, and acquiring development opportunities across London and the South East, bringing much-needed high-quality housing to the market.
As an independent agency, we work closely with both SME developers and major PLC house builders, ensuring landowners gain access to our trusted network of property developers. Our goal is to create a win-win by turning land into beautiful homes for local communities to call their own.
Alongside working on behalf of clients, we also invest and develop properties as a company using our extensive knowledge of the professional HMO market. We are building a portfolio of co-living HMO properties in Luton which working professionals can call their own.
