Grove Home Developments was established in 2021 as a family-owned land agency based in Hertfordshire. We specialise in identifying, negotiating and acquiring development opportunities across London and the South East, bringing much-needed high-quality housing to the market.
As an independent agency, we work closely with both SME developers and major PLC house builders, ensuring landowners gain access to our trusted network of property developers. Our goal is to create a win-win by turning land into beautiful homes for local communities.
